Rev. Celeste's guest is Robert Raymond Riopel, an international best selling author, app designer, entrepreneur and a trainer who has traveled the world inspiring people to tap into their greatness.  His clues open others to the possibilities that lie within them.

He was taught that working hard for a company and staying for 25 years and being loyal would lead to financial stability.  He learned that wasn't really true.  However, after a lot of  stumbling, bumbling, making mistakes and learning, and with amazing people who wouldn't let him play small, he found a way to be happy, successful and financially prosperous.

He kept losing jobs and the only jobs left in Alberta, Canada were delivering pizzas. He soon became a manager, his wife became his assistant, and they worked from sun up to sundown daily. They qualified to be a franchisee.  They got 100% financing, but they didn't know how to run a business. They were spending more than they were earning. Over $150,000 in personal debt, he was in deep financial stress. They went to a three-day training with T. Harv Eker and  took ownership of their debt. As a result, they got out of debt in nine months.

Robert found that his passion was teaching. T. Harv Eker (www.harveker.com) made Robert his first protege', and Robert learned to train people. Robert has trained over a half a million people on these principles. In 2005, T. Harv Eker wrote his book "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind". If you buy the package, one would get 50 copies of the book. It's how he became a bestseller the week the book came out.

Rev. Celeste heard Robert talking on Mindvalley (www.mindvalley.com) about VITAL.  VITAL is a master key that can open any door. V is for virtuoso. Being T. Harv's assistant, Robert was serving by doing menial tasks for him with a smile. Become a virtuoso (by learning) and be of service. I is for making an impression. T. Harv asked Robert if he was ready to take over at the end because he made an impression on T. Harv. T stands for tractable. You have to be teachable. A is for Attitude. He keeps a gratitude journal and writes in it daily. COVID has given him deep connections with people he hasn't talked to in years. While doing the gratitude journal, he would think of a person and leave them messages about a memory that changed his life. It didn't matter whether or not they responded. He suggests reaching out to three people a day asking people how they are. Be present in that conversation. That connection may help someone. L is for loyal. Be loyal to your own dreams. Don't give up on yourself.

Robert loves to teach. And he's forgiven himself numerous times. He suggests that we learn to be more gentle with ourselves. If you can't love yourself, you can't love others, and you become needy. Appreciate people for who they are and that is a reflection of how you view yourself. People will be attracted to you, not who they want you to be.

Robert suggests that you courageously allow life to live you. You get to decide how to respond when crap happens. He overworked and he ended up having three back surgeries. When a dog attacked him, he realized that he wouldn't have been able to use his gift if the dog had reached his jugular. He didn't get angry. He got the lesson that everything happens for a reason and that reason is there to serve me. It gives you the ability to respond favorably.

Go to robertriopel.com and download the full digital copy of "Success Left a Clue". He invites you to not let the book sit, but take the actions suggested and become successful. Your life will be elevated to a new level.
