Rev. Celeste discusses Love. She begins with mentioning the song "I've Got Love on My Mind" by Natalie Cole (Natalie Cole - I've Got Love On My Mind Lyrics | AZLyrics.com). But she doesn't speak of longing or romance. She does speak of feeling confident expressing Love. The motivating factor of being loved can put us in a mindset of trading love. She is not speaking about the method of loving or the way one wants to be treated, which appear to be conditional or ego-based. Love is unconditional by nature.

She speaks about the energy of Love. She references the Dalai Lama (https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Dalai+Lama+%2b+how+well+did+you+love&qpvt=Dalai+Lama+%2b+how+well+did+you+love&FORM=IGRE) asking how well did you love?  Being in touch with Love is to be in touch with Spirit. Spirit is Love.

She explores loving unconditionally. Fear gets in the way of loving. Trust is a key ingredient in actively loving. She talks about feeling safe or unsafe. Rev. Celeste references the bible quote: "Perfect Love casts out all fear" (1 John 4:18 NIV - There is no fear in love. But perfect - Bible Gateway) and she talks about loving from a distance. You are lovable. Even betrayal cannot cause me to stop loving you. We must not rely on behavior as a condition for loving.

She references the "A Course in Miracles" quote about anger and separation: "Anger always involves projection of separation which must ultimately be accepted as one's responsibility" (A Course In Miracles - Text: Chapter 6 - Introduction (acimi.com)).  No one can "make you mad". We somehow believe that we can be attacked. To separate, one must be afraid.  We must have a belief that we are destructible. What you believe is what you will teach by how you live your life.

She quotes Howard Thurman on love from his poem, "The Greatest of These":  "The fruit it bears sustains the nerve...breaks the chain of fear... condemns the things that shrink the soul... (For the Inward Journey: The Writings of Howard Thurman - Howard Thurman - Google Books). Love is precious, intrinsic and is in the texture of our nature.

She quotes Ernest Holmes saying: this life is "dominated by love" (The Essential Ernest Holmes - Google Books) and states that, in our interactions, we notice love.  And she quotes Ernest Holmes speaking of how we have not "interpreted the Light of Love running through life" . Love allows us to see. She also quotes Ernest Holmes saying "Love is at the center of man's being".  Everything about us is governed by Love.

She quotes Rumi "If the Beloved is everything, the lover is a veil".   God is Love.

Celeste reads her poem "How Are You Lovin'?"
